Returns & Exchange Policy

Exchange and refund guarantee with these simple rules;

* Must be returned within 100 days of purchase.

* Unused with original tags attached.

* In undamaged original packaging. Tape hair must be returned neatly wrapped in the net they came in and bound together at the top. If Clip In's, Easy Wefts or Ponytail's have been removed from the cardboard and re-attached it is considered used therefore voids your return or exchange.

* All exchanges must include a prepaid self addressed satchel for the new item. Postage costs will be the responsibility of the buyer unless it is our mistake.

* Postage and handling charges are non-refundable.

* Missy Lox will not take responsibility for any issues that are caused once the product  has been dyed, toned, purple shampooed or altered in anyway. The use of these products will directly affect the quality of Missy Lox extensions

We will not take responsibility for items that we do not receive.

We reserve the rights to refuse a refund or exchange of any item that does not fall into the above category.
